Once an account is created, customers receive a password which provides access our back-end control panel and to our Help Desk and other Web Support Services. Email support is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Depending on the type of service requested, a Service Rep or Customer Account Manager will be in touch within 24 hours to get the scope and details of the project.
